Parkour is not Free Running!

Parkour is by far the best sport ever.its a great way to stay in shape and it is fun to perform. What most people think of Parkour is actually Free running, they are quite different. Parkour is getting from point A to point B, using the simplest and straightest route possible. In Parkour there is very little of all the flashy back flips and the like. While on the other hand Free Running is going around with as much showing of strength and aesthetic moves as possible, this includes back flips, front flips,
